Not a dream

I have been keeping a bat and mace next to my bed, and Ragnar has been sleeping between me and the door (like he can sense I am anxious) because a night ago someone tried breaking into my nearest neighbors’ home and two nights ago, burglars managed to break into the house next to theirs 😭😭😭😭

These past few months there has been a string of robberies in the neighborhood and it has made me very worried
