Cactus Tactical sells firearms only in accordance with Federal, State and Local firearm laws. We can ship a firearm to any Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder within the United States to handle the ownership transfer. This can be a local gun shop, pawnshop or any other location that holds a current FFL. Most dealers will charge a nominal fee for this service. In order for us to ship your firearm, you must complete the following steps before we can process your order. 1. Federal law prevents anyone from shipping firearms directly to individuals without a FFL, but a firearm can be shipped to a FFL holder. You need to locate a FFL holder in your area to handle the transfer of the firearm. 2. Once you have arranged with a local dealer to handle your purchase, we will need a copy of your dealers Federal Firearms License (FFL). It can be faxed or mailed to us. When the above steps have been completed and we receive the signed copy of the FFL, we will process your order and send the firearm to your FFL for transfer. After your dealer receives the firearm, you will fill out all the necessary paperwork with them and pickup your gun.
