I can see myself doing this exercise. #Repost from @guru_of_abs --- #StomachSculpt exercise #3 for Day 5 of #GuruofabsNoBreadChallenge is: 💢Open/Close shuffle w/Iso Twist💢 1⃣-Bend over with chest over knees and hands (finger tips) on the side of your face. 2⃣- Open step and open elbows at the same time when executing. After opening up, twist opposite elbow to opposite knee. 3⃣-After twisting to knee and returning back to the open stance, close step and close elbow at the same time when executing. 4⃣-Perform steps 1⃣ & 2⃣ to the opposite side. 5⃣- 5 sets of 10 on EACH SIDE = 100 Reps 💢470 Reps of 670 for the day💢 💥In between each set you have 30 seconds of #HighKnees running in place & 30 seconds of #JumpingJacks💥 #TIP-Be sure to take your time and control your body! Be sure to keep good posture, breathe and remember to exhale throughout the exercise.
