Why Dice company's Small Embers is literally the best

Posting this for two reasons, propaganda, to be recommended similar things please please please ple

Why is it the best? (In my taste lol)

Because its fantasy and the characters are directly part of the world in every way. They have backstory, connections, they know what's happening even when the viewer doesn't. And the connections they have affect the world directly.

I like fantasy but its mostly iseki or sheltered protags that are placed in the kind of fantasy I like. While I get its easier to learn about the world from people also learning, it is so much more real when they are part of the world. I can find this in some books (and even then its hard) but visual and audio media is quite hard. I like when the characters know what's going on. This was even a qualm with tma for me. I like the mystery but when I don’t know, and the characters don't know, its just not as interesting.

Get to episode 13 and feel just how in the world they feel. It has meaning, what they say affects things its just so good. And there is mystery but its set in the background enough you can engage with what you do know and look forward to the future.

I have this huge crush on this super sweet girl. She's so adorable and has the cutest voice?? I don't understand how she exists. She's constantly telling me that I deserve good things, and that anyone who's harassed me or been mean to me just couldn't see how amazing I am. She's so so sweet. She confessed her feelings for me, and said that she didn't expect me to return them, but to think of them like a gift. I can't wait to talk to her next time and tell her how I feel.

so i need to just gush abit My Nonbinary ass polyships with catra and adora from the 2018 she-ra. I absolutely love and adore both of them and the whole setup is we all grew up together in the horde and so its a friends to lovers situation and my insert sticks with catra after adora turns against the horde, but they do agree that what they are doing is wrong and is only sticking because of a promise they made to catra. Lots of enemies to lovers and angst stuff between the three of them and they help everyone come back together and i just AAAAaa i love them both! -greer-selfship

Hello i just wanted to gush about my boys because i'm SO EXCITED!

Recently, my boyfriends and i met someone new, and he's finally making it official and joining the polycule 🥹 turning our throuple into a... quadrouple?? ???

He's taking it slow, which is both understandable and adorable (it can be overwhelming to jump into a relationship with three people at once)... Since the four of us can't always be together anyway, work and other co-existing relationships and all that... Really, it's been working out! Hopefully the four of us will get to go on another collective date soon... It's been fun! We're already so infatuated with him... He has braincells. We like that.
