I know that to a lot of people, being gluten-free in the apocalypse is “extra” or pretentious or whatever.
But who is baking fresh bread and making pasta while there are zombies milling around outside? With no electricity? Really? Most of the bread will be bad or moldy within a few weeks, and then all you’ll have to eat is whatever’s packaged or growing somewhere, unless you can hunt.
And no one hunts hotdog buns, I promise.
Being gluten-free during the apocalypse is a lot more realistic than dealing with explosive diarrhea while trying to run from zombies because you binged on a bunch of snack cakes that were left in the ransacked grocery store. Trust me.
