What is a Guuch?
Guuching is not a thing but a way of life. Guuching is centered around the elbow, which is the true window to the soul. Guuching involves touching the elbow of a friend or family member in order to receive good energy. There are any ways to guuch including but not limited to:
Guuch: using your thumb and index finger to touch the crease of a person’s elbow
Pugging: touching your elbow against another’s
Snipping: touching the elbow using the area between your thumb and middle finger
