Sarah, press release said we would see Vortigern (Guy Fauchon), now IMDB is saying that Guy Fauchon is the first dark one. So under the mask is him and not Nimue ?
imbd is not an official source and anyone can edit it. he could be playing a dark one, but the way that scene was written/acted implied that person could’ve been merlin’s actual first love (nimue, likely) as another dark one.
the dark one was also much smaller than merlin, if you rewatch the scene. couldn’t find anything on how tall guy fauchon is, but the few photos i saw on google of him could put him as a smaller guy.
dunno. but overall, imbd is not 100% credible.
