It's been a while since we caught up with Bev, the last we saw she was finally getting her Wicked Whims mojo back with a hot Don injection, but now she's returned to her usual wholesome self... explaining to Guyee why she doesn't celebrate Winterfest.

While Beverlee is busy ruining another childhood, the Pepperlets are in their upstairs domain enjoying their own Winterfest morning. Daphnee and Destinee are finally excited about the holiday, and Davee is preening himself to perfection… but for what? Could they perhaps be going somewhere…? 👀

Of course - they're off to spend the day with the Zests! That's Johnny and Penelope Zest!

The trailer has had quite a makeover since Pen moved in, and Davee is especially happy to see her again.

Destinee, of course, is still not a fan. Will this woman EVER stop talking about being pregnant?! Yawn! 🥱

Luckily, seeing Johnny place presents under the tree boosts Destinee's mood quite a bit. She's sure she spotted her name on one of those boxes! 🎁

Well, she saw a D and some Es, so she's got a 1 in 3 chance of being right, and that's good enough for her!

Meanwhile, Davee is trying to relax after his difficult day by spending time with Destinee and Kajsen. But even with a sandwich, Davee just can't shake his foul mood.

What he needs is some time with someone who truly understands him! His BFF, his confidante, his silly rabbit!

Oh, who's that in the distance, walking towards Chateau Peppers?

As if by magic, Davee's prayers were answered! Kirk Landgraab comes teleporting in through the rain to check in on his bestee.

Davee goes galloping towards Kirk, and wraps him in a hug. Just what our boy needed!

Kirk may have turned up at the perfect moment to comfort poor Davee, but his true intention was to take Davee to a special location and show him something exciting!

Davee followed Kirk down over the craggy rocks behind his family's mansion until they came to an odd structure…

Kirk and Davee arrive at the mysterious structure - a cobbled-together, ramshackle hut made up of pallets and other random pieces of wood. Davee is impressed by the builder's ingenuity and ability to handle TOOLs (😊), but he still has some questions…

Inside The Dojo, Davee asks Kirk what it is and where it came from, and might they have to worry about the crazy person who built it coming back and killing them?

Kirk sets the record straight - HE built it! Yes, lil' String Bean Landgraab himself!

Kirk tells Davee he built The Dojo specially for them as a place to hang out as GOOD FRIENDS, and get away from their respective BAD HOMES. It's got chairs! Lights! A curtain! And even a punching bag for them to build their muscles!

Davee, naturally, gives Kirk another big hug.

Davee and Kirk sit to chat, and Kirk puts his umbrella back up because despite his best efforts, the roof of The Dojo isn't totally waterproof.

Davee tells Kirk all about his piece-of-poop day, and Kirk assures him tomorrow will be better, and that he is still his favourite 😊

Construction work, you say? Why, yes!

It might seem like the extension was done for the benefit of the Pepperlets, but let me assure you, that was simply an accidental by-product of Beverlee and Don favouring Guyee (and themselves).

Don's first big paycheque went to good use!

The extension gives everyone more space, and the Pepperlets a little bit of the privacy they crave… but not from each other.

Daphnee can practice her cheerleading on the roof, and there's even a computer for Davee to research, and for Destinee to do... whatever it is she does.

And what of the Pepperlets' old bedroom? 🤔

Well, that has quite a cute new resident… and no, I'm not talking about Daddee Don.

Although Daddee Don really is bringing the hunk factor to an all-time high, wiggly lil' Guyee Peppers is sending my ACME brand Cute-Detector into overload! Just look at that face! It's a face even his own mother could love. Maybe. In time. Under the right circumstances…

While her pregnancy had her full of happy hormones, after-birth Beverlee is finding it a lot harder to connect to baby Guyee.

Sure, he's cute, of course he is! He's got the hottest parents this side of Del Sol Valley! But ultimately, he is just another annoying baby. Sigh!

But hey, just because Beverlee can't vibe with him, doesn't mean we have to miss out on some adorable infant time. He's a foodie! He's a smiler! He hates waking up! He's Guyee Peppers!

In fact, he is also my first ever infant! And this is my 1000th Beverlee screenshot! Woo! 🥳
