Do you think it's possible to worship a deity you "created" yourself? As in they don't exist as a deity others worship, but they're a more personal deity, kind of like they're linked to the self? I've been wondering a lot about these things recently. Thank you for this blog by the way, it has helped me out a lot !

how do you not belive in evolution

in all honesty, I haven’t talked to him about it in like 15 years so I’m a bit hazy as to what his argument actually was beyond ‘it just doesn’t make sense.’ the last comment I remember him making on the subject was when someone casually mentioned evolution and he went ‘ah evolution schevolution’.

actually come to think of it, a couple of years back I was at his son’s birthday party and he got talked about evolution to another parent, who also did not believe in evolution, but I didn’t hear most of what they said as I left the room and hid upstairs.
