I really really like this guy and I don't know how he feels towards me. I try to be flirty with him and sometimes he flirts back but other times he's just so distant. I don't know what to do. He told one of our friends that he likes me but he doesn't show it. I usually don't use this to rant and I know you guys don't care. But for those of you that do and will help me. Please do. I'm lost.

I feel this issue needs to be addressed. So here it goes. From the mind of a woman. This ones for all the girls who want to be more than your friend and you are too blind to notice. Gents, You all have at least one or more female friends. At one time or another I'm sure that one or even more of these lovely ladies has had/ or has romantic feelings for you. She likes you, you idiot. You've asked her for advice about women and she gives you her honest opinion and tells you what to do. All the while sitting there staring at you screaming in her head : NOTICE ME YOU IDIOT! I LIKE YOU! Chances are you like a lady who has no romantic interest in you. She won't even give you a chance but is "the girl of your dreams". So you get dejected and depressed and come crying to us, your friends for comfort. " what's Wrong with me?" Well... As far as we're concerned nothing. In fact it boggles our minds how you are still single. In all truth of the matter we all have something Wrong with us as nobody is perfect. We are all our own worst enemies. We all need to stop searching for mr. Or mrs. Perfect and start looking for the right brand of "wrong" for us. You sit there going on and on about what you look for in a woman, not even realizing that more than one of these qualities happens to describe us, your female friend who really likes you. Still with me? Good. We are always there. We are a damned good friend. Did you not ever stop and think that maybe...just maybe everything you're looking for has been right in front of you all along?? Think about it. We know a lot about you already. We like you and accept you as you are. We don't judge you. Your family likes and knows us already. That female friend that's always around? Gentlemen she could very well be the girl of your dreams, and a very good girlfriend. IF you'd just give her the chance. But you will never know. Until you are willing to GIVE US THAT CHANCE. Don't sit there dejected when you have ladies lined up in your "friendzone", wishing you could be more. How do you know you don't have romantic feelings for a girl until you honestly try? Give it a shot you'd be surprised. Don't come complaining to us time and time again that you're lonely and tired of being hurt. We will always be there to pick up the pieces until it happens again. Why? Because we care about you damn it! OPEN YOUR EYES! NOTICE US!!
