Js realized I've never talked straight about Vibe's past so it's about time I'll fix it! Hold onto your sits, because there's a lot to unpack. I told you I went wild with it.

ew ew ew ugly 💔^

For starters, Vibe's birth was never an accident. It had a point. If I say so myself it was a miracle she survived in the first place! Vibe was forced to be born no matter possible outcome and dangers for her health, resulting in a very sick creature, both her body and her mind. She's really anxious, hostile and scarred most of the time and quite literally has to be on life-support 24/7. So unlike Bive.. Vibe was an ugly duckling from the start. Besides it, Vibe was surrounded by cold, sterile walls her entire childhood, devoid of any affection or family warmth. As she is a homunculi, she had to endure countless mindless experiments in-between academic works her mad-man father forced onto her. Oh, right. Her father. She had a father, but it was only nominal to her. He was the creator first, dad the second. Pierre loved her like she was his greatest scientific discovery, taking in pride for making it reality. All resulted in a very distant and straight-up abusive relationship between them, and despite Vibe staying with him for a relatively long time, she never reignited her love for him. She hated him.

And this woman you're constantly see me drawing is.. Irbie! Irbie is Vibe's "older sister" if you couldn't tell! I have to mention she was made by amazing online sister of mine, so y'know. You can see the connection. LOL. While Irbie isn't necessarily Vibe's biological sister, the two of them DID end up having a very close bond despite the horrid surroundings they were both in. Irbie spent a ton of her time oblivious to the inhumane conditions, as she struggles to process human emotions a lot and speaks through cognitive intellect. She didn't even perceive Vibe as her sister in the start, but.. It changed overtime. Both ended up being a source of comfort to each other. :-)

rival, that's what they said, wasn't it? show offs, tease, and could never get along. rivals were a constant companion now, following you around. and you saw them right now, him. staring, right at you.

"what do you want." you mumbled a little too high for him to hear as you sat down on your seat and pulled out your books then placed them neatly in the drawers.

"nothing, have you studied for the upcoming test?" he asked, adjusting his glasses with a middle and ring finger.

out of every word and sentence he decided to ask that first?

"no, it's still in like, 1 week?"

"well, alright then. just asking, since you got your ass beaten by ME last test" he said cockily.

"what, so your trying to make sure i havent studied yet?" you returned the exact same tone.

"no, just asking, whatever."

It was lunch time, finally. the last 2 periods were torturing hell for you. a seat was available in the middle so you told your friends you guys could eat there.

you then saw tsukishima eating with some people, a guy that kind of looked like an orange, a guy with greenish hair, also known as yamaguchi. you knew since he was in your class too, and another guy sipping on milk. you barely find tsukishima eating with anyone except yamaguchi in lunch time usually.

but you shrugged it off cause "no one cares" you thought.

"you're so slow!!" they, your friends said as they ran towards your house. you quickly snapped out of your thought and began walking faster.

tsukishima and yamaguchi appeared in the corner of your eye, walking to a nearby shop. and that, made you walk faster. "I'm coming!!"

multiple hours have passed ever since you and your friends actually studied. for some reason you guys ended up watching a movie instead of studying, and you enjoyed it cause you didn't wanna study at all. but your mind kept going to the scores you'll get.

"what if i get a lower score than that stupid tsukishima?"

so you excused yourself to actually study and got up. "aw..oh right, we were supposed to study." reina, one of them said that led to almost the whole group laugh.

you opened the door that was connected to the walls of your bedroom and sighed deeply. you really did NOT wanna study. you always got these lazy feelings one week before the exam, but you reluctantly pulled out your notebook and began to write down the notes and studied.

groaning, you went down to see your friends still there, now studying. they looked pretty serious, and by their expressions, you can tell some of them cried due to stress. you chuckled at the sighting and joined them.

It's now finally the exam day. you entered school with a big grin, knowing you'll ace this test and pass tsukishima's score. you talked a bit with your friends while adjusting your lockers and went to class. the sight was beautiful, the windows open, exposing the bright sky with birds chirping around.

but it soon got ruined by tsukishima towering over you. "move." he demanded, and you were about to argue but stepped aside cause you didn't wanna waste a single volcabulary and a vibrate from your voice box talking to him.

you saw him go to a blonde short girl, talking. you felt kind of jealous but pushed those feelings away cause who were you to care? you sat down and studied again to beat saltyshima.

he came back to class soon after, you looked up at him and furrowed your eyebrows and huffed. "hey" was all he said, before he took a seat and placed it right in front of you. "what?" you asked, the frustration obviously shown in the tone you gave him. you literally just wanted to study peacefully with no one bickering you.

"nothing, just wanted to see you study." he replied with a genuine smile you never ever saw. you ignored him and continued studying, thinking that he wasn't worth your time. but while you were studying, you knew he kept staring at you.

well, not glaring, but he kept looking at you. you could tell there was a difference with his usual cocky stare. he was staring at you with some, affection. you felt. so you lifted your head up. "what? am i that pretty to be stared at?" you said, narrowing your eyes.

"maybe." he replied and stood up, returned the seat and walked to his original desk. leaving you with your mouth slightly agape. and you couldn't help, but feel little butterflies flying in your stomach.

during the test, you kept grinning cause you could solve all of them easily. you took a glance at tsukishima but he was already staring at you. so you kept staring, treating it as a stare contest. he then rolled his eyes and focused on his test instead, and that made your day better.

at the end, when you were finished you saw tsukishima do something. he was chilling around, probably because he was done. but this particular movement caught your eye. he stopped spinning his pen, randomly picked up his eraser and started erasing an answer and wrote it with another one.

you raised your eyebrow in confusion, you were watching him for a while, and he kept spinning his pen but why did he randomly do that?

the bell soon rang and you shrugged it off. "he probably just realized his answer was wrong." you thought and happily went to your friends.

- time skip, brought to you by tsukis glasses -

"everybody sit down or else i wont share the exam results!" the teacher yelled while slamming the board eraser (i dont know what the name is help) to the table aggressively.

you sat down and waited, with absolutely no patience. you drummed your fingers on the flat surface of the table. waiting.

the teacher shared the results, and when it came to you, she smiled and said congrats.

your mouth went open in happiness. you got a 100! now, tsukishima COULDN'T top you. well, that's if he didn't get a 100.

you ran to him while the class was talking about their grades and asked about his score.

"how much did you get?" you said excitingly.

"98." he replied, looking up at you. he didn't seem so sad about it, or bothered at all. so that bothered you. you wanted him to feel bothered.

"ha! i passed you!" you said while skipping to your chair back happily, you finally passed him.

his eyes follow your figure, a small smile appearing on his lips as you skipped away. and he was glad that you were happy.

"tch."
