(( God this thread has really reminded me that Lusamine has absolutely no respect for Guzma whatsoever. It’s been years since she had such a tight hold on him but she’s STILL so so so confident that she can still do literally whatever she wants to him and face zero repercussions. She’s so confident that he would never hurt her intentionally, in any way, that she thinks she can still treat him like dogshit and he’ll just.. take it, no matter what.

It seems like, in a way, she’s not entirely wrong... ))

Lusamine sighs an irritated sigh. Taking time to think about Guzma, taking time to talk about him, wasting any more of her precious time on that wretch just filled her with agitation.

“Do I regret using him?” She repeats flatly. “I don’t regret much in my life. ‘Regret’ is a strong word, and not what I would use to describe how I feel. Of course, there are things I think should have gone differently, things I think I should have done differently... But, to call that regret would be wrong. I don’t feel strongly enough to want to go back in time and change them, like some out there might.

“You say it so bluntly, but I suppose there’s no need to sugar-coat it. I did use Guzma. However, it was necessary for my goals at the time. Gaining his trust, and therefor the trust of Team Skull, and having them as allies back then was necessary. So, to put it simply...

“No. I don’t regret it one bit.”

“Guzma, huh...? Saying his name is almost nostalgic, in a way. It’s been ages since I’ve heard anything about him, and even longer since I’ve seen that disgusting excuse of a man. He really is a vile person, isn’t he? So loud, angry, violent... I suppose, if you’re going to be the big, bad leader of something like Team Skull, it’s not unexpected that he’d begin to behave in such a way. His worthless misfits seem to love it, though. Living your life like that is such a waste of potential.
