You like the lemon kids no? What do you think of that theory that they’d be ok?
Hey anon! I’m assuming you’re referring to this post:
When a magician dies, does their magic cease to function as well? Like if Amadeus died would the lemon kids cease to exist or would they sim
I think the Lemonkids are much more tied to Amadeus than Harold. If they were originally created by a magician, it would most likely have been by him. They’re even shown to be able to shapeshift- an ability Petunia implied Amadeus has. So I have my suspicions the Lemonkids we know and love aren’t even in their original/true forms!
They’re also waaaay more autonomous than any golem we’ve seen so far, though they still ultimately follow commands from Amadeus. They have their own opinions and emotions, meaning they’re able to take actions outside of those commands. This leads me to believe they are sentient, so yeah! Unless Amadeus’s magic is constantly needed to hold them together (because again, we don’t know what they’re truly made of), they’d hopefully be fine
