Our @wintersdayzine dice, available until Nov. 15th, just came in! These are the D6 “race” dice, with one side as the ‘random” roll. They are made of zinc and engraved with racial designs. Its accompaniment, the D12 professions dice, will be posted with photos later this month.

Tyrian Tarot’s funding campaign goes live in one week.
If you’ve been following along, or are just seeing this project, thank you for the support! We have some ambitious goals in mind - including stretch, pledge and social media rewards - and your support is so important to us. Even small donations go a long way to supporting us and our chosen charity (International Fund for Animal Welfare, or IFAW).
In the base deck, there are 78 cards covering each of the Major and Minor Arcana, and there are an additional 22 “Wild” cards that are unlockable through the campaign. Each and every card in the deck has been sculpted with love and care, and we’re sure that you’ll be impressed with all the work our contributors have put into them.

Pricing
The base package, nicknamed “The Fool,” will include the base deck of 78 cards (330 gsm, black core) and any unlocked stretch and pledge goals (up to 105 cards total, as well as the physical book). There are additional tiers with stickers sheets, pins, prints and more, including signed copies from the team at ArenaNet (limited); these all come at an additional cost.
The base deck’s cost covers the production of the deck itself and the extras when unlocked, paying for contributor copies and their shipping, covering our shipping solution (outlined below), credit card and campaign fees, and of course a charity buffer. All net proceeds from the campaign will go to IFAW.
That said: the base costs for the full deck “The Fool” is $39. The limited early bird will be $35.
Note: The Star (early bird + discount), The Sun, The Moon and The Early Bird Fool are all limited in nature.
Shipping
Shipping is a very real issue with every project. While we did our best with Chimes, it wasn’t the solution we wanted, and with the price hike for international packages on Jan. 21, we had to find another way to go abroad.
We’re excited to say that we found a solution to get Tyrian Tarot abroad at a relatively low price point.
For this project, we’ll be covering the cost of shipping to the EU as well as EU customs, and have built that in as one of our pricing elements. It means that we can drastically bring costs down for international buyers for shipping (from the $23 or so USD, it’s as listed below).
That said, for a base deck + all unlocked items:
Domestic: Shipping costs sit at $9
International: Shipping costs sit at $12 (EU customs are covered; if you are outside of the EU, you may still be subject to your country’s customs coming from the EU)
If shipping costs end up going below these projected numbers, we’ll donate the extra to charity. In the event that the shipping costs go above these numbers, we’ll pay for them.
Campaign Duration
The campaign will begin on April 15th at noon EDT. It will last until May 22nd at 12PM PST or May 23rd at 3AM EST (Indiegogo hour requirement). We will not end the campaign early or extend it for any reason.
Final Notes
The project is sponsored by ArenaNet @guildwars2, and is also referenced as the “GW2 Tarot Club,” which is the project name (Tyrian Tarot is the product name). The GW2 Artist Collective is the group name which is run under Creative Partner Zorav, under the program.
Disclaimer: These products were test prints, and we’re making minor adjustments to design to fix some things we noticed... but hopefully it gives you a good idea of what we’re aiming for!
PRINT PROOFS ARE IN (for those of you that ordered prints from us!) We were testing all of the prints for dark/light levels, along with the capacity of this printer for the level of... well, quality that we wanted for fine art selections. It’s safe to say they passed! (Even shitty phone photos still look stellar.) These are all fine art quality prints with archival inks - at various sizings for different farmings. Larger sizings will be going up in our post-campaign store next week (pending figuring out shipping numbers concretely), and, we will be offering some larger EU prints as well.
It took only an incredible 5 hours and 30 minutes to blaze through our minimum, but now we have more exciting things to look forward to. Next, we’ll be looking at getting a 2-piece gold-foiled box designed by @westontjones. You can see it again below.
