i saw ur post for writing promts! can you do something motherly with stella congreve and false cirilla being unsure if she can live up to ciri? (ᵔᴥᵔ) there are really not enough fanfictions for the witcher. :D
Thanks for the prompt! I honestly don’t remember Stella Congreve at all and am unsure if she was ever in a book or just mentioned so I don’t know her voice. So I’ll just try and write her as a typical mother. And I don’t have much knowledge on False Ciri but I’ll try my best, hope you like it. :)

Cirilla took a deep breath in. This was her wedding day and she couldn’t remain calm. She had doubts and fears like she had never had before. Did she want this life? Did she have a choice? No to both. But she would accept them for that was the only way she would survive. And she would do her best. Why not make the most of this life.
“Sweetheart? Are you alright?” Stella spoke calmly as she knocked on the door and spoke to the young woman she had grown to love as her own.
“I fear. I fear that I won’t live up to expectations. And if not, will the emperor even want me?”
“What expectations would those be?”
“The ones that Cirilla has set. The real Cirilla. You’ve heard the stories. Bravery. Strengh. Intelligence. A woman that any man would want to marry. One that would befit a throne and an empress. What if I can not be those things? What if I can not be an empress?”
Stella approached her child and wrapped her arms around her waist. Making sure not the tear the puffy white wedding dress. “You can and you will. I raised you. I know of your capabilities. You will make that throne proud. I believe in you.”
Cirilla turned in her mother’s arms and returned the embrace. “Thank you mother.”

Yeah I honestly don’t know like anything about either of them so I was the wrong person to write this. Anyone else can feel free to write a different story about this. Anyways thanks for reading. I hope you enjoyed. :)
