my love's flight just took off :') it'll be a month+ before i see him again i miss him so much already
meanwhile i need to get back on top of uni work !

just finished reading sally rooney's normal people and i just. oh no. oh i loved this book so much and blazed through it completely. there's smth abt marianne and connell's rs that reminds me so strongly of the one i have w my love. they understand each other so deeply and with such simplicity. i loved how they treated their closeness and intimacy with the other as a unarguable fact of life. 10/10 i'm gonna look into rooney's debut novel next!
finished reading determined by robert sapolsky last night. finding his lectures on youtube years ago really influenced/changed my way of thinking abt humanity and i'm so thankful to have stumbled upon this little intro to neuroscience. 🫶
