Wish there was a gert x Mylo fic somewhere smh. I see people say they give off Loser boyfriend x Cool Gf, but in my opinion, I think their both cool and aside from Mylos looks (his look in the AU), I think him and gert would be a nice couple/ship.

Val looked back up from her painting when she felt Gylo press a kiss to her forehead. His tall self was obscuring her view of the orchard that she was painting this evening.

All of her paintings were decidedly afternoon and evening works since she only was able to get to that then. But this one had a dinosaur ambling among the boughs of the old orchard. With a bright sunset behind. She had another that was similar that featured Gylo and Zerielle and hex Snoozing in the afternoon sun.

Val blushed with pleasure at the sweet gesture from her Verdant friend. Reaching up to offer a scratch to his feathers.

“T-Thank you Gylo.... whatever that w-was for.... I was thinking Peaches, Mangoes, and Raspberries for dinner. Does th-that sound nice?”
