January 8 VS February 4

Just wanna share these photos right here cos even I, got shooked. I was passing by the mirror and kind of checking myself out. Lol. Hahaha. And then I noticed my arms and was like 'damn is this for real??', man hard work really pays off and gives you results.

It's was not an overnight process and hasn't been easy for me. But when I really want something I always give my best and work hard for it. I always commit and put dedication in everything that I do. Still have a long way to go. But I must say, all the body sore, money spent for gym membership, personal trainer, supplements, and active wears was all worth it. Yung mga days na sobrang sakit pa talaga ng katawan ko kasi naninibago, yung mga workout routines na ang hirap, tapos kahit pagod ka na and minsan parang ayaw mo na tapusin kasi nangangalay na talaga yung arms or legs mo or masakit na tapos nakaka-iyak na pero lalabanan mo padin and iisipin mo na 'kaya ko' to'.

Sobrang sarap sa feeling and napaka-fulfilling when you see the results and that you're making improvements and you see the changes happening in your body. Grabe 1 month palang 'to, imagine what a year could do. Damn. So proud of my gains. Pinaghirapan ko to with every sweat. Still have a long way to go before I reach my goal weight. But I' m getting there, I'm on my way.
