Okay so here's my real update! The photos in my previous post are a months progress. I've been working super hard about 5 sessions a week! I've been taking a B12 complex for extra energy and drinking lots of tea and water. This workout is from yesterdays session. Over 1000 Kcals burnt on one machine. I was super sweaty but so proud! My legs and bum are looking so much better after a month and my stomach so toned (compared).
