Migraine but Moving (no comparing please - explained below) and how to test clothing for the gym
First I have to absolutely say that sometimes my migraines are so intense I hide in my bathroom 24/7 aka I LIVE in my bathroom for 3-4 days puking my brains out. It’s not fun. And some migraines - yes, it is classified as a migraine. Not a headache. A migraine. are better where like today I died for 5ish hours and then I drank a ton of water and was able to push a bit.
I played 5 songs on my Switch - Just Dance 2018
2018 has a Sweat feature that I really enjoy. 75 kcal in 15 minutes with 5 songs.
I am going through my clothes really quickly. I’m not a newbie when it comes to fitness programs and needing gym clothes. Ok - gym clothes are my life. I literally go to work in my gym pants because well, I work with kids. But theyre not the known “trashy” leggings. I absolutely make sure you can’t see through my pants, and if I wouldn't wear it at my parents house, then I won’t wear it to work. I need something I can play in that is also professional. I do also wear black dress pants on occasion but today it was a bad idea ROFL because now I have Destin on my dressy pants and it is staining like crazy. Want to know why Nannies don't wear fancy clothes? The 4Ps - Puke. Pee. Poop. Paint. I could go on but I’ll save the horse.
So I have a method of deciding if clothes are gym worthy - although for me it doesnt work with running pants. I can’t seem to get any pants to stay up....
But I can dance with them, and can typically work in them, so it’s a good start. I test my shirts this way. For example, the one I’m wearing now is almost gym worthy. It's long when i put it on but it comes up still when I dance so it’s not going to the gym just yet. It’s comfy though and I’m ok with dancing at home in it where no one can see me except the side of the neighbor’s brick house.
