Week 18 of 52: I clearly did not come to play this week. Finally understanding the concept of runners high and I love how a good weekend run gets me motivated for the gym week ahead. More of this ☺️🤭

Week 13 of 52: Welcome back to Tumblr (to me 🥳). Ramadan was oddly beautiful. Lots of spiritual awareness albeit it’s a situation of the more aware you are, the more confused you are. 😩. Anyways fitness wise, my first week back was great… went straight to the gym and it turns out Tennis started this week as well (seeing as we are having glorious weather in the UK) so I was happy to join that as well. Ended up doing too much and experiencing some mild pain but it was lovely overall.
I’m so happy to be back to my daily regular fitness routine, I love that this is part of me now. xx
Week 8 of 52: I am extremely proud of how consistent I have been so far and I am looking forward to taking the month of March (Ramadan) off so I can come back in April stronger, better, faster… Insha Allah. The 7 perfect workout week award means a lot to me. It is proof that sometimes you just need to lock in and focus on the routine. Every other thing will fall into place.
Ramadan is a time of great reflection and reset. The emphasis is on spiritual reflection but I like to take it one step further by making it more holistic - mental, physical, spiritual and emotional reset. May the goodness of Ramadan benefit us all. I’ll be back in April. Insha Allah.
Week 7 of 52: This week was arguably one of my best workout weeks yet! I started trying out this new workout plan that I had put together using Microsoft copilot and when I say the gains were gaining 😂😂. Also really enjoying the yummy mass gainer powder I recently got and my new hydrolysed clear whey protein powder. All in all, it was just such a wonderful workout week. Ma shaa Allah x
