H Case #001: “The Good Samaritan”

Justice Darnell. Female, 5’ 9”, Declined the weigh-in, natural brunette hair died a peacock blue at the tips, passive abilities.

Since “the H Incident”, Subject gained a natural ability to ‘happen upon’ or to be within earshot of situations or ‘Opportunities’ that require the aid of her (or her companion[s]if said companions are also H Cases. The more companions the more complex the situation.)

It’s noted that the Subject usually has to be journeying from one point to a different point in order for the Opportunities to occur, and they won’t happen if she’s at home or asleep. Though the likely hood of an Opportunities at non-home location increases by some arbitrary amount the longer the subject is at said location.

This ability is heightened by H Class #002: “The Helper” whose ability passively boosts the abilities of the all the other H Class subjects, but has no abilities of his own.

The Helper’s ability and his proximity to H Class #001 (the Subjects are married) was in fact the reason both of them were the first classified H Class Subjects, discovered just after the aforementioned ‘H Incident’, due to #002 making #001’s ability more apparent.

Subject was skeptical about the existence of H Class abilities, calling the idea ‘ludicrous’ but recent discoveries of further Subjects has made her more accepting of the possibility.
