Tris found out it would be twins, she made Four a deal that they would each name one and keep them secret until they were born. I am thinking Tris had Taylynn picked out for a long time and Four kind of just picked Logan at the last minute when Tris asked him what the second baby was named.  Headcanon thanks to divergenttwins
