@sodasound 's H3000-D/SE fixed! 😊😊😊 After some three hours work found three toasted op-amps that made the right channel's meter always display full level; as well as a ground lug inside the left channel's output XLR that was touching pin 3, permanently grounding the anti-phase signal!
