Is there any meaningful advice anyone has ever told you that has stuck with you?

i think the one thing that has stuck with me, im not sure who told me this though probably my grandma, is that god won't put you through anything you can't handle. i believe in that so deeply and a variation of that will most likely be my first tattoo.
