Why is jonquil the "lion" when he's Brazilian? In black culture the "lion" is a symbol of the rastafari- an African/ Caribbean movement (my point is that lions aren't a Brazilian thing they're an afro- thing. And even if he IS Afro Brazilian the rastafari movement wasn't in that area. (In rastafari the lion is basically a prophet from god sent to save their people)

Because his horoscope sign is lion. His two splatling guns are named after flowers that have lion in them in Portuguese. AND, lion = king of the jungle. Jonquil has the whole king of the turf jungle thing going with him.

It has NOTHING to do with real life movements or anything like that.
