Here’s the thing about #healthyhabits 💁🏼. . They help us connect to our bodies on new levels - when the good for us stuff gets put on autopilot and we quit wasting precious willpower on it we end up more connected to our body mind and soul cause we notice the subtle shifts in our internal and external environments . I often talk about how I changed my life w 5 burpees daily - other habits in my #healthlyfe are daily salad or green smoothie , mostly paleo diet, oil pulling and many many more - but they all started as a chore and now they’re on autopilot - dare I even say I enjoy them 🙊. . So rather than trying to #doallthehealthythings at once - aim for a small healthy habit you can master first and build into autopilot and watch how your life shifts a little inch at a time .
