Reconnection | Eun-Ji & Max

Who: @hackerhyun When: Post Winter Festival Where: Random Bar in Shipyard

The bender had not been their intent, but the piling on of all their stressors over the last few months had finally come crashing on their psyche. It was a hard one to manage, which unfortunately meant Max was self medicating. Christmas had hurt more than they had thought it would despite Will's valiant efforts to try and make up for it. They waved to the bartender and another drink was set in front of them. Max didn't make any move to make friendly conversation with the other people at the bar, instead a sketch book was open covered in doodles some more impressive than others but all carrying a rather gothic tone to them. They set down the pencil for a moment to allow them a moment to take a substatial downing of it. Picking up the pencil again, Max started to make quick lines of a gothic stained glass window when they heard movement beside them.

The side eye was just too make sure it wasn't someone looking to flirt with them but everything stopped when the face finally registered. "Well, you're maybe the last person I expected to see. How are you, babes?"
