“If you’re looking for Connor, he is out, working on a case with Wes. But I can let him know you have been here looking for him when he comes back?” Laurel hoped it was nothing bad, Oliver seemed like a nice guy, from what she heard about him and the impression he made, when they met. In some weird way she even started to like Connor and he better didn’t mess this up.

Nonsexual acts of Intimacy - Select from the following for my muse to respond to…♡: Accidentally falling asleep together
Connor didn’t even know when he ended up falling asleep. He and Oliver had been watching Inception–Ollie had been desperate to get Connor to see it for a while–but Connor had begun to doze off about thirty minutes into the movie. It had been a long day at the office, and while Connor wanted to make Oliver happy, his body ended up giving up anyway.
And that’s why he woke up on the couch at 8:42 the next morning with a stiff neck and a sense of extreme disorientation. Before opening his eyes, the first thing he noticed was his head was resting on something hard. Any bony. Then he remembered: it was Oliver’s shoulder.
Right, he and Oliver had been sitting close together last night, wrapped up under a blanket on Oliver’s extremely comfortable couch. Connor had felt so comfortable and safe and loved, he ended up resting his head on Oliver’s shoulder as a subtle show of affection…and then fell asleep. Whoops.
At first Connor felt extremely embarrassed. He and Oliver were taking things slow. There were kisses here and there, they spent time together–Connor came over almost every night–, but they hadn’t really slept together since they started seeing each other again. But god did Connor want to. He wanted to be able to fall asleep with Oliver in his arms, listening to his calming breaths as he dreamed. He wanted Oliver to force him to come home and relax and take a nap after a long day at the office. He wanted so much for them to be able to move things along and be a couple. A real couple. But he understood why Oliver wanted to move slow. Connor cheated on him. Honestly, he shouldn’t have ever seen Oliver again after doing that to him. But Oliver forgave him–or at least was starting to forgive him–…somehow.
Which is when Connor realized that not only had he fallen asleep on Oliver, but Oliver had also fallen asleep on him. His head was stacked on top of Connor’s; it probably ended up there not long after Connor fell asleep last night. Whether it was on purpose or accidental, Connor couldn’t say. But he liked it. He could at least pretend that Oliver liked his company and his intimacy enough to want to return it a bit. And who knew where their relationship might go in the time to come. Connor didn’t care. All that mattered was right here and now. And right now, he and Oliver were cuddled together under a blanket, resting against each other for support.
Connor, barely moving so he didn’t disturb Oliver in his sleep, adjusted his head to plant a kiss on Oliver’s collar bone, and wrapped an arm around him, tightening the already small space between them. Right here, right now, this was the perfect morning, and he hoped in the future there’d be many many more like this.
Five Nights At Oliver's Apartment
Connor started up Oliver's laptop as he made himself comfortable on the couch. They had planned a night in together, unaware of what they might do. They only knew it would be a night that was just them. They'd probably marathon a tv show or watch some movie that Oliver had been dying to see, which Connor would in turn actually end up enjoying by the end. Whatever it was, it would no doubt be a fun night for him and his...whatever he and Oliver considered each other.
But when the computer signed in, something on the desktop caught Connor's eye. Some weird icon with a...bear? Teddy bear? Stuffed?...bear? He turned his head left towards Oliver, who was in the kitchen getting them a snack. "Hey, what is..." he turned back towards the laptop and leaned closer to the screen to read the full title, "Five Nights at Freddy's? And more importantly, why is on your computer?"
