Me just now realizing I never asked you all the important questions about the three musketeers (fics specifically—)

Favorite character? Favorite fanon characterization? Favorite fic so far? Thoughts on D’artagnan’s puppyness?

Favorite character? I kind of am partial to Porthos and Aramis… at least in fics.

Favorite fanon characterization? I like when they give Aramis more heart than being the womanizer of the group, usually seen when he plays medic. Or when they show a bear-like protectiveness with Porthos.

Favorite fic so far? That wings series you sent me.

Particularly the whole fuss about seeing D’Art’s wings and the state they were in and the kid is so panicked and Porthos has giant wings he can tuck smaller people under and so he takes D’Art literally under his wing to shield him and it’s a fantastic image and… yeah.

I like the “Big and tough and a little scary but secretly a teddy bear “ Apparently? This is new to me. (looks at favorite LU fics, looks at OCs… yeah… Ori’vod has a type too.)

Thoughts on D’artagnan’s puppyness? I think I see more of him being a puppy with how he’s written in fics than in the source material. In the show…maybe it’s my dislike of romance but I don’t find his interactions with Constance sweet yet, nor do I see the brotherhood expressed as much in the original show as I do fics. Maybe it comes up more later… In fics, especially the variety I got from you, yes, much puppy.
