I have not yet made it past The Vial Scene (been doing other things) but I have been thinking about what other fic I want to write and honestly idk. On the one hand I could (attempt to) write something more extensive, like one where Winola goes to Boaz with Karys (though now that I am aware of Karys' true relationship with her father I think that is even more unlikely than I thought it was, especially as she doesn't expect Haeki to offer her a place in her own house) or an alt au where Karys brings Haeki and Oboro with her in the first place, OR more small stuff, like a follow-up There Was Only One Bed with Haeki AND Winola after they get back from Boaz, or one from Haeki's POV the first night at VuHaas' place, or even an au in which Karys DOES accept Haeki's offer to stay at her place her 2nd(?) night in Boaz. (and there is only one bed. ofc.)
And then ofc there's Winola and Haeki's relationships with each other to explore... what they talked about on the first awrig out of the gorge, or after Karys went to sleep the first night at VuHaas', or what, if anything, they said to each other while Karys was asleep in the awrig away from VuHaas... Particularly I've been thinking about a scene in which Winola mentions offhandedly why she left her home or a previous girlfriend and Haeki just like, wait, hold up, that's a thing? and Winola's like mhm! yep! [seeing herself in Haeki and kinda pack-bonding to her instantly] Lesbianism Real. Or Winola's like. Oh. Oh. You and Karys... you. Oh.
(and Haeki's like SHUT UP)
anyway lots of ideas... perhaps too many. *gestures at femslash goggles* I actually cant take these off. they're a permanent biological working wrought by my compact holder, the Ephirit goddess Sappho, which gives me the power to perceive every woman in every piece of media as sapphic, also known as being correct,
