on the search for multiple daily driver tinned fish to have 3 or 4 dinners per week to help with extra protein in 2025.

had this on homemade toasted scottish ale sandwich loaf, some dukes mayo on each slice. great flavor, certainly sweet with the sugar and soy sauce, not fishy, firm flesh. would be awesome over rice with furikake and black vinegar, maybe some fermented mustard greens mixed in.

certainly in the running albeit on the expensive side at $4.50 a can, but bulk buying and mixing it in over the course of a few months is for sure on the table, likely to happen.

I want one of those large rolling 4’x6’ chalk/marker board combos. I have all this chalk and dry erase markers that are going to waste haha

Once I move out I want one and/or the other on a wall in the new place. Preferably chalk as a math person. Chalk >>>>> markers
