oh, how her journey started — everywhere she went, utter carnage would be left in her wake. by choice, by circumstance or by a forced hand? a question yet to be answered.

do not anger a god — your deeds will carry severe repercussions. not only to you, but also those that follow after. do not try to trick, deceive or exploit them.

but what is mortal greed, if not a downfall by its own hand? it makes one discard all care and caution, but never ready to face the consequences.

in the name of bhaal, it is he who bestowed a curse on the mingate bloodline. condemned to be his spawn for eternity, they will slaughter any and all who cross their paths. be it friend, foe or beloved — none are spared their gruesome fate, and by the end of the bhaalspawn’s time, they will join their victims in kind.

milou was no exception to her destiny, yet was one to her predecessors. the maiden would not defy it, but instead embrace it. because what is there to lose, when nothing was ever yours to begin with? by submitting to the dread lord’s will, she quickly found herself gaining his favour. either seen as the greatest gift in all eternity, or the greatest curse — it led her to become his chosen. the lord of murder favoured her, no doubt. how could he not, when her hands were stained in so much crimson that she forgot what colour lies underneath?
