sometimes i think the weirdest beyblade dub choice that ever happened was making it so max got draciel from his non-existent dead grandma instead of his mom. that or making kai captain. and cyber-tala. 

i mean at least i get that dizzi was added for comedic value and other shit like that, but what was the narrative point of any of the previous choices. kai being captain literally never comes up. max's dead grandma is never mentioned again. was making tala a robot really more logical than him being genetically modified???? i think we can all agree both options were stupid, but at least one option didn't say random percentages to make it look more robotic. 

anyway the dub is hilarious and nelvana is such a shit company
