so I’ve been out of the loop the last few hours and I just caught up but like... anyone else thought “awwwwww thats beautiful” but also felt their hearts fall out of their ass and shattered on the floor when they read the quotes ‘Poe is like Leia’s surrogate son’ ‘they’re family’ because... the rational side of me thinks, this is totally fine, families are more than blood, we KNEW this already, and Leia said she wants Ben back... but then i also immediately, instinctively put myself in Ben’s place and it hurt...
