Someone just reminded me of the scene in horse & his boy when the dwarves cook a big breakfast for shasta. hello i reread horse and his boy recently and am thinking abt corin and lasaraleen meeting one day and specifically the fact that prince "can't not make jokes abt rabadash, who is both present and in a murderous rage" corin and lasaraleen "we'll just explain away this illegal escape attempt as another one of my pranks" tarkheena would instantly become friends :)
