12:30 kids hip hop class|| Hailey||closed

Today was Hailey's first class as a dance instructor on board. She was really nervous. Her first class was a hip hop class for kids so she thought it wouldnt be to difficult. Hip hop was her best kind of dance. She wondered if some of the guests would show up. Children started showing up at around 12:20. Girls and boys ages ranging from 8 to 12 started showing up. Hailey welcomed them all with a smile and told them to sit in the middle of the room in a circle. At 12:30 when the class was supposed to start she had 15 students and some parents that wanted to watch and take pictures sitting in the back of the studio. "hello everybody!" Hailey started. "Im Hailey and I one of the entertainers here on board the ship. Today I am going to teach you guys some of the coolest hip hop moves I know. Is that cool with you guys?" Hailey told the class. Some of the kids nodded their heads while others answered yes. One of the parents in the back asked a question. "can we know a little bit more about you?" one of the mothers asked. Hailey wasnt ready for that question. "of course" replied Hailey. "so I am 16 years old. I have been dancing for about 13 years. I am trained in hip hop, jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, conteparary, musical, and ballroom dancing." Hailey answered the mothers question. The mother nodded her head in approval. "Does anyone have any other questions?" Hailey asked. The room stayed silent. "alright so lets get warmed up!" The kids got up and spread out. "To make sure that you guys dont get hurt and pull something, we have to warm up with some streches." Hailey explained. Hailey led the kids in a variaty of streches for about 10 minutes. "Are you guys warmed up?" The kids nodded. "alright now lets get dancing!" Hailey told the class excitedly. The first move that Hailey tought the class was a rib cage pop. Next she tought them a step called the jazz sqaure. "lets put those 2 moves together. One little girl was having trouble so Hailey went over to her. "Hey sweety your doing great! it would be so much easier for you to do the jazz square if you crossed your legs" Hailey explained to the girl. She showed her how to do it and the little girl got it. "great job!" hailey raised her hand for a high five and the girl slapped her hand. For the ret of the hour Hailey tought the children different moves like the wave spin and the drop it low. Before she knew it the hour was over. "well you guys did amazing!!!!!" Hailey said. "Did you guys have fun?" They replied with screams. Hailey laughed. "Thank you guys so much for coming!" the children replied with a "thank you ms.Hailey!" Hailey smiled. "your so welcome!" Some of the children went up to Hailey and gave her hugs. The parents said thank you and they made their way out. "well that went well" Hailey smiled.
