Good afternoon. As many of you undoubtedly know, there were some pretty massive Pokemon leaks this past October, and with them came some potential new participants for our little bloodbath here!
Now I am reaching out to you, The People, to decide:
Are Hakkeyo and Chamin Baby Pokemon?

HAKKEYO:
"Scrapped Makuhita pre-evolution.
Design was noted as "too person-like" with a mention that "Sumo might be too controversial in Korea"."
CHAMIN:
"A scrapped baby Pokémon. Possibly an early version of Happiny, which didn't release until Generation IV. Name is likely based on the word Charming."
