Hi, I saw you do diamond painting! I've been interested in taking up the hobby (I'm looking for things I could do at home without screens as a chronically ill person) and I was wondering if you have any beginner tips you wanted to share, or anything you want to share about your own beginner's journey?
Totally alright if that's something you don't have the energy/time/spoons for, but just thought I'd ask since I feel like with every hobby the best and realest and most useful advice comes from the seasoned people.
I hope you have a great week and thanks for taking the time to read my ask!
Do smaller sections, don't look at the entire thing all at once because it will overwhelm you. Get release papers to cover up your sections.
If you're chronically ill, take your time, pace yourself and if you need to take breaks because of pain, don't feel guilty.
Getting a light pad to help see sections more clearly, really helps too
It's overwhelming at first, but stick to it and you'll progress pretty quickly
@stellar-solar-flare I believe in you
