Let's see. Halastia along with her brother Lacrimosa served Diablo, primarily in the Chaos Sanctuary. Lacrimosa saw more movement than his sister, even visiting Tristram while Diablo was possessing Albrecht. (And I say visit, but really he was just hassling and getting his mind blown by Lachdanan in the depths before he fucked off back to Hell.)
Once they reunite on Sanctuary, Halastia and Nepherah open a joint jeweler/smithy together. Despite her massive fingers, Hally is a skilled artisan. They are NPCs lmao
Y'all've met Kurva by now, but he also has an absolute-garbage brother named Tsenkher.
Just as Kurves was born from Inarius's slow torture and slip from grace, Tens was born from Tyrael's 'death' when he destroyed the Worldstone. Justice left a vacuum, and Oppression came to fill it. Kurva existed as a sort of conceptual entity for decades longer than Tsenkher, and his manifestation into reality was slow. Tens was spat out by the Abyss all at once.
The two of them began squabbling with Belial, Azmodan and Skarn for control of Hell during the 20 year gap.
Skarn, of course, was taken down by the Shard Seeker, while Belial and Azmodan made their moves on Sanctuary and were subsequently absorbed into The Prime. This just left the brothers as the de facto power in Hell for a while.
They took on the titles Lord of Desecration and Lord of Oppression, respectively.
I don't give my angels unique aspects. They serve an Archangel, and thus are an Angel of [insert aspect]. Nepherah is an Angel of Valor, Formerly of Wisdom.
Back when Fluffy Angels was my main thing though, I did add in a pair of Archangels to the Council; Oplutum and Uraleon, the original Archangel of Death, and the Archangel of Creation respectively. (Yes Uraleon is still around, but they're no Archangel anymore.)
