i also live in canada and a few of my friends have been going hunting since they were fairly young, maybe 10 years old or younger. at that age, i don’t think they have a complete understanding of the concept… weird, isn’t it?

yeah, that's exactly it! they don't understand what they're doing, and by the time they do, they're desensitized to it.. but really, in my opinion there's nothing wrong with going out and hunting animals so you can eat them (not just for fun or something) ~
