In canon, taking into consideration that stydia is endgame and Isaac has now moved to France, I feel like meg would probably end up with Derek. They'd have this hateful relationship at the start because he would resent everything she stands for and take her searching for a cure as her thinking that there's something wrong with born werewolves, but she would be on his side all the time and search for him and save him when he's got captured (much like braeden) and they would eventually end up together in this fiery loyal relationship where if anyone even thinks about hurting the other they would tear their throat out.
