Crushed my 2:45:00 goal at the Salt Lake City Half Marathon and ran it in 2:40:21, a full 13 minutes faster than last year!!!!

First half marathon of 2018 is in the books! I finished 2 minutes ahead of my last year’s time (and if you subtract the time I spent waiting for a portapotty at mile 6 I finished around 2:49)! I love the SLC half, it’s a beautiful run through the neighborhoods of the city and the weather has been perfect the last two years, sunny but not too hot, a perfect way to start the running season!
