It was a warm midsummer's day, warm enough to have a certain hooded woman to complain about the temperature. But yet, there she was, sitting on a high branch of a tree in the frontier, her back relaxed against trunk. There was a open novel in her hand, her eyes seemingly following the words on the page before flipping to the next. Though after a moment or so, she heard a rustle of a bush nearby.
Her attention immediately went to the direction where the sound of movement came from. Slowly taking out a throwing knife from her belt, she crawled on the branch she was on to get a better view of the bush. And what did she see? A deer that was searching for food. And the thought of food made her a little hungry.
After moments of pondering whether to kill or not to kill, the woman stood up and carefully leaped onto the next branch for a better chance of a kill. She placed her throwing knife back where it belonged and jumped. Down went the deer instantly as it took a blade to the neck.
