who uses all the hot water: Gabe, which is extra annoying to Sam because Gabe doesn't even need to shower.
most trivial thing they fight over: Candy wrappers.
who does most of the cleaning: Sam, with a bitchface the whole time, until Gabe finally gives in and snaps the mess away.
what has a season pass on their dvr/who controls the netflix queue: Gabe controls all things TV-related, much to Sam's chagrin. Cheesy soap operas and romcoms abound.
who calls up the super/landlord when the heat’s not working: Never a problem, thanks to angel mojo.
who steals the blankets: Gabe, but Sam makes a good blanket too.
