Send me a word plus 'Headcanon' and I'll give a headcanon based on that word.
((Blade always loved learning. He felt safe at school. Even though the kids picked on him and bullied him, and he fought back against them, the adults' idea of punishment wasn't like his father's. It was one of the only places he felt safe and take care of.
When Blade was folded into the Company at 12 and given his room at the Company brothel, he continued to crave learning and knowledge. In fact, they kept him sane as he entertained anywhere from 4-8 clients an evening. Though he never saw any money from the nights he spent with clients (the money going to his weapons training) and only received some private tutelage that could aid him as a con and killer (languages, politics, etc.), Blade collected numerous workbooks and textbooks from the older men and women at the brothel that took care of him as if he was their own child and, with the money they earned, purchased these materials for him. Even many of his clients, especially those who enjoyed parent/child play elder sibling/younger sibling, would bring him educational materials.
Blade, during his time off from entertaining or from his training to be part of a Team, would sit with his stacks of textbooks and blank notebooks and would read and take notes from them as he'd learned to do in Elementary. He would work through the workbooks, do the problems at the end of textbook chapters, and even make himself tests while he was reading and take them afterwards.
Almost entirely self-taught, Blade did this whenever he got a spare moment, working his way through curriculum up through college level by the time he was 15 or 16. Education was his escape, and these workbooks, textbooks, novels, and notebooks were his lifeline and the only things that made him feel safe.
Blade continues to grab at any spare piece of knowledge he can and read whatever he can. He keeps all of his notebooks and other educational materials in Epsilon's room at HQ. Along with his novels, they're his treasures.))
Little thing
Send “Little thing” and my character will tell you something as a child.
The early morning sun was rising over the compound where they were filming their most recent movie casting a light orange haze over the tends and trailers where the staff, cast, and crew were still sleeping. Someshwar peaked out of his trailer door. Banhi and April were still asleep in their rooms, and the coast was clear, so he reached to the side to slip his ballet flats off of where they were hung on the wall, exiting the trailer and heading towards the rehearsal studio on the locked set.
Throwing his shoes up and over the chain-link fence, he began the process of climbing over the structure himself and leaping onto the other side. Grabbing his shoes, he bolted into the building, excitedly flicking off his other shoes and sliding to sit on the wood floor to put on his shoes.
"~Duniya Bananewale Kya Tere Man Mein Samaayi...Kaaheko Duniya Banayi...Toone Kaaheko Duniya Banayi...~" As he began to stretch out his limbs, Someshwar began to sing a song from an older movie. He'd remembered his Pita singing it when he was 3 or 4, and as with most of the songs he sung to himself, they were ones he cherished for the idea of home that he'd never understood.
These moments, moments he could sneak away to sing and dance for only himself--no one counting out beats for him, no one telling him to stand straighter or look a certain way, no one telling him how to do anything the right way--were some of his favorites. They were rare, and he usually got in more trouble than it seemed worth once he was caught, but for as long as it lasted whatever punishment was devised didn't matter.
Standing, he continued to sing the folk song softly, beginning to move about the dance floor, attaching western ballet movements to the Hindi lyrics, eyes closed and a contented smile on his lips as he focused on himself alone.

For every ✿ sent, my muse will say something that makes them happy
Having the ability to get all of my essential work done for all of my obligations and still having time to relax makes me happy as it happens so rarely. Also, my relaxation often means sleeping, and any extra sleep I can get is quite blissful.
"The Princess and the Pea, The Valiant Little Tailor, and The Twelve Dancing Princess."
The Princess and the Pea: Are you a squeamish person?
I do not particularly like needles, but aside from that, no, I am not a squeamish person.
The Valiant Little Tailor: Do you think of yourself as brave?
I have answered this questions several times before. I would not consider myself to be the bravest person, no. In many ways, it is because I am more of a cowardly individual that I prefer making decisions based upon that which is rationally beneficial. Relying on logic is far more prudent and far safer.
The Twelve Dancing Princesses: Do you like to go on parties?
I have gone to parties, but I am not one for social engagements, especially those that are less formal and conducted for no beneficial reason other than mere frivolity.
{21 & 27}
21: Who is your OCs best friend?
((One another. Sheath and Blade have been together for 7 years. They’ve gone through a lot together and have been the only support and family the other has known. Sheath does have his sister Elizabeth, but in the 12 years he’s worked for the company, he’s only seen her 12 days out of those 12 years. As much as he loves his sister, he knows Blade much better than he knows his sister. Elizabeth also doesn’t know all of the things Sheath has done, which means that Blade knows Sheath much better than Elizabeth does.
This is a fact that Blade is aware of and almost feels slightly guilty about, but Sheath doesn’t really think so deeply about things like this, so he’s in a state of blissful ignorance about the fact that Blade, at this point, matters more to him than his sister. Blade wouldn’t ever enlighten Sheath about this either because he worries that it would take away Sheath’s reason for fighting.))
27: What languages does your OC speak?
((Between the two of them, they’ve got most of the world covered with languages—at least spoken language. Sheath also has a computer program he created that can do a fair job at translating instantaneously should they need it and, ultimately, the Company is so vast a network that translators are easy to come by. Both Blade and Sheath were trained in important languages before they were assigned to Teams.
Sheath, while street-smart and capable of solving real-world problems, isn’t very book smart. He didn’t go to school past 4th grade, but he also struggled when he did. He knows English and French fairly fluently. Due to having a large amount of clients in Japan and China, he knows how to manage full conversations in those languages—halting though it is. Russian is is favorite language and the one he knows near to fluency.
Blade, on the other hand, is incredibly intelligent. He has a gift for linguistics and language (one of the reasons why he’s such a bibliophile), and despite not attending school past 6th grade, he has kept his studies up as academics gave him piece of mind, especially in the brothel. He knows how to speak, read, and write in Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, French, German, Arabic and obviously, English. He knows how to speak Chinese and Japanese. Hungarian, Turkish, and Hindi are languages he can manage in with some assistance; though, Blade is always studying these things because he does deeply enjoy them. Blade, because of his bookishness, also knows Latin and Greek and, while they’re “dead” languages, they not only help him with his reading novels but also helps him learn new languages.
Of course, no one but The Company, themselves, and mun know how fluent they are because, when on a job, they'll use the level of fluency that gets the job done. For example, if Blade is playing a transfer student from the states in Germany, he'll play down his fluency to sell the con.))
{When you get this message you must post five random facts about yourself then pass it on to your ten favorite followers!}
((Alrighty, since I did one for Sheath and one for Blade, how about I do some for Epsilon in general!
Neither member of the team can cook on actual cooking equipment. Microwavable foods are fine and, oddly enough, so is cooking various meat skewered on a stick over a camp fire. This is mostly because neither learned how to do anything like that and, traveling all the time on cases, they don't always have the ability to have a kitchen.
Sheath is the member of the team that takes care of laundry as it usually has to be done using minimal water unless they are in a town and can go to a laundromat. Blade will go along in order to keep Sheath company, but he will help out with folding dry clothes. Neither has many clothes and tend to just buy clothes if they need to, but they have special clothes they will wash and keep.
Blade is the more talkative member of the team and, if bored without something to read and nowhere to go, he will start to ask Sheath random questions. The two actually have a lot to talk about when they get going, and often bicker like siblings.
Team Epsilon is one of the premiere teams working for the Company. This means that they have a bit more leeway compared to other teams and that, ultimately, allows them some extension beyond the Company's reach even though everything they do is still monitored by the Company.
Sheath loves his partner. He's not entirely sure what form of love it is and often switches back and forth between scenarios in his mind, but he knows that he loves him and loves him deeply, yet he would never act on it even if he did figure it out.))
"Pinestar and Ashfur, if you please."
I already answered Ashfur, so I shall be skipping that one if it is all the same to you.
Pinestar: Was there ever an instance where you took the easy way out?
When one plans carefully and rationally weighs cost verses benefit, I find that there is not really much different between what is difficult and what is easy.
