“...I kinda figured that’d be your response...” Sho was sitting in the windowsill, it always felt the safest for him, an easy get away if he ever felt overwhelmed by emotion. His fingers twitched.

Sho’s grin got just a touch wider at the pinch and he reached up to bat the hand away with a teasing flick of his fingers. He pushed the soda and candybar back toward the other without wringing them up. 

“Me? Plotting something, I’m just a simple cashier doing my civic duty and giving a hero in training a free snack.” His eyes glinted flirtatiously, leaning into the counter with a further growing grin. 

“No guard needed for that.”

Shoto was just lighting a cigarette when he caught sight of a familiar spike of blonde hair across the street. He pushed off the wall to cross the street, pausing only for a second to toss the cancer stick to the ground. The hero was the type to get pissy over his nicotine addiction and he wanted a conversation. 

The teen crossed the street quickly, even leaving a little platform of ice near the curb so he could keep walking smoothly. 

“Hey Gorgeous.” 

Sho had questions, like why did you help me, why did you steal for me, why are you still walking this beat?

“You pay for that first aid kit yet?”
