My Top 10 Ships
Thanks to @basic-otaku for the tag! This was so hard, but I did my best 🥲
I tried to order these but it lost the plot a bit towards the end so… whatever.
1. Jack and Joke — Jack & Joker: U Steal My Heart! (2024)
This show and these characters have destroyed me in the best way.
2. Han Jisung and Lee Minho — Stray Kids
Listen. I truly tried to avoid shipping these two but have you seen them?? I was doomed from the start.
3. Thame and Po — ThamePo Heart That Skips a Beat (2025)
This show was 😩 and these two are so 😭🫶🏻
4. Tattoo and Aran — Jack & Joker: U Steal My Heart! (2024)
These two are in love and happily together post-canon, change my mind 😤
5. Evan Buckley and Eddie Diaz — 9-1-1 (2018-present)
Are they canon? No. Did I know that before starting the show four years ago? Also no. (Do NOT speak to me about 8x15)
6. Akk and Ayan — The Eclipse (2022)
My first FirstKhao work and oh my god 🥹
7. Fadel and Style — The Heart Killers (2024)
Started watching the show for FirstKhao, stayed for FadelStyle.
8. Sand and Ray — Only Friends (2023)
… it’s FirstKhao, what was I supposed to do?? Not love them??
9. Jae Young and Sang Woo — Semantic Error (2022)
My first foray into KBL and hot DAMN!!
10. SS Mont-Blanc and SS Imo — the Halifax Explosion (1917)
No photo for this one, but this was my childhood hyperfixation. Obviously not a “ship” but I ran out of ideas and these are actual ships so… anyway. History is neat.
I don’t have anyone else to tag really, so no pressure tag to @heartofstardust 😘

On December 6th, 1917, Halifax was shattered by the largest man‑made explosion before the atomic bomb. A collision in the harbour unleashed 2.9 kilotons of TNT, a tsunami, and devastation that changed history forever.

The Halifax Explosion – Shaping the Language of Catastrophe and Recovery
The 1917 Halifax Explosion introduced key terms like “disaster relief” and “explosion trauma,” revolutionizing disaster management vocabulary. Its linguistic and societal impacts continue to shape emergency response worldwide.
December 6, 1917 On December 6, 1917, a catastrophic explosion rocked the city of Halifax, Nova Scotia, when the French cargo ship SS Mont-Blanc, laden with explosives, collided with the Norwegian vessel SS Imo in the Halifax Harbour. “Hold up the train. Ammunition ship afire in harbour making for Pier 6 and will explode. Guess this will be my last message. Good-bye, boys.” – Patrick 'Vince' Coleman, Halifax Explosion, 6th December, 1917.
“Delay the trains.
An ammo ship is ablaze
in the strait to Bedford Basin,
making it's way
towards 6th quay and it will raze.
Guess this may be the last words I speak.
Good-bye, boys.”

105 years ago today, most of Halifax was flattened when two ships collided in the foggy harbour. The massive explosion left 1900 dead, 9000 injured and 12,000 homes destroyed. The city of Boston was the first to send help.
