anything else i want you to know about me / my character / my shipping habits: i have given you some loose info in this post already but! i genuinely mean it when i say that i have no preference for these, i think both zev & frost could have a funky dynamic with merrill that is interesting in its own ways. i am fully open to discuss both or just one or something else entirely. funny enough both of these got tropes that i am absolutely going to eat drywall over.)
𝐥𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 : what soothes your muse's mind when they are overwhelmed? how do they manage stress?
— in most cases, it really depends on the type of overwhelmed. loss weighs heavy on liri often, and even when she'd prefer some sort of company, liridona struggles with closeness when she falls into her own grief over it. that most people she knows will eventually die, and she'll out live each of them. she'll disappear into her cottage or work, distract herself with poultice & books, a quiet escape from the demand of life that never stops. in most cases, liri can comfort herself with the knowledge that even if they end up forgotten, she can carry them into the new ages with her. even if that is only in memory.
𝐜𝐚𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚 : what does love mean to your muse - how do they show it? how do they want to receive it?
— love is... love. it's a simple thing, but so complex at the same time. there's so many forms of it, so many ways to show & consider it, and it a deeply beautiful thing. in friendships & romantic companionship both, liri is a doting and attentive person. headstrong yes, but deeply loyal to the people she knows and cares for. you'll find her tending to them. their illnesses & emotional needs, perhaps a show of her own weaknesses ( in which she struggles to depend on others in times when she herself is ill or struggling emotionally ), and much like a bird, will bring them small trinkets of various looks, shapes, and sizes that remind her of them.
as we lean toward receiving it, however. liridona is a selfish and passionate person. she wants to be loved feverishly - with the kind of heat that could make someone blush. however, she would deeply love someone who attended to & paid attention to the things she enjoyed. reading together, working in quiet places together, sitting curled in each other's arms. even in friendships, she is much the same. ( her primary love languages consist of physical touch, acts of service, and quality time. with some honorary mentions of gift giving too. )
