A selection of pieces from the Peanuts portion of Kings Island’s Blue Ice Cream Celebration! Blue ice cream is a cultural icon of not only Kings Island, but Cincinnati as a whole. Celebrated on July 1 every year, this program gives a fun Charlie Brown twist to the event originally centered around Huckleberry Hound and Smurfs!

This program included a line of t-shirts, as well as a few domestic and import hat options.

“Niche” Snack Box, 2014

The “Niche” Snack Box is a concept for a curated box of rationed treats, conceived originally as a “Lunchable for adults.” Each box has a carefully selected variety of finger foods, from classic combinations like chocolate and mint, to more exotic tastes like honey and cheese.

The package is a pentagonal box, each designed with the palette in mind! The designs were hand printed and folded from chipboard, into full size mock ups. The top of the box featured the logo for the particular box, with the back/bottom of the box containing a quip about the snacks, nutritional value, and other packaging details. The interior of the box was printed with a larger version of the logo pattern.
